I love listening to people and helping them solve their problems. Although I have not worked as a customer service personnel before, I have good interpersonal and people skills, I am empathetic, love helping people and I am very fluent in English language, Igbo and Hausa languages. I am a fast learner and I am fascinated to be part of a visionary company. I have strong motivational for hardwork and smart work. Even when I am not supervised, I am coordinated with good planning and organisational skills as well as ability to multi-task and adapt fast.
